a. Groceries and pet food shopping

Based on your shopping list, we will proceed to your preferred (restricted to one per shopping trip) supermarket to procure the groceries and pet food that you need at the price range indicated by you. We will communicate with you immediately for a second option if the items are not available or they are not within your indicated price range.    

b. Household items & furniture shopping

We will procure the household items based on your choice of brand, size and price.  We will advise you the best available place for certain items at the different price range. We will communicate with you immediately for a second option if the items are not available or they are not within your indicated price range.    

c. Gifts and other personal products shopping

Before we make a purchase for you, we will find out more about the style and taste of your loved ones.  This is to allow us to share with you our thoughts of some gifts for certain people in any special occasion.  We add value and flavour to your suggestions and most customers and their loved ones like the gifts we purchased.  We have feedbacks from customers that the gifts we choose are value for money.   

d. Errands running & other supervision 

Busy professionals are too caught up with work and business entertainments.  It is always a luxury of their tight daily schedule to pick up or deliver certain stuff within a stipulated time.  We run all errands for the busy professionals.  We believe in going to 2 places at 1 time.  We also act as a supervisor for certain repair or renovation work to be carried out at the busy professionals' premises in their absence. 

e. Wet/dry laundry services and ironing services

Like any concierge in a hotel, we send laundry for wet/dry cleaning/ironing based on your instructions for cleaning.  We will suggest if you are unsure if certain fabric should be wet/dry cleaned.  Unless you have a preferred laundry shop, we will use the shop which provides good services at reasonable price.  

f. Posting of parcels 

Depending on the size of the parcel, we will usually hand-carry the item to Singpost or other freight service providers for the most efficient mode of despatch.  We will base on your instructions to decide whether sea freight or air freight is to be used.  If the price difference is not significant, we will suggest to you to choose the service that is safer and more efficient. 

g. Feeding of pets/watering of plants during your business trips/holidays

Many professionals like to keep pets or cultivate plants as part of the past time.  During their business trips or holidays overseas, they do not have the time to feed the pets or water the plants.  We will, base on your instructions, feed your pets daily and water the plants regularly.  It is our duty to ensure that you have peace of mind during your business trips/holidays.  

h. Housekeeping and chambermaid services

Not many career women buy the idea of hiring a foreign maid.  Some of them are afraid that the maids may create more troubles in their absence.  As such, many busy professionals prefer to use concierge companies with reliable services.  We provide housekeeping services and chambermaid services like any hotel in Singapore does.  We supervise the quality of the cleaning team to ensure high standard of service.   

i. Daycare (for a few hours) for your child with story-telling and home tuition service  

Though some professionals may have domestic helpers or relatives to look after their children, it is inevitable that at times the helpers are not available.  Without disrupting the busy work schedule of the professionals, we take care of the child such as picking him/her up from the nursery/child care centre.  We spend time with the child in a fun and educational way by telling stories or teaching him/her some school-related work.  We can also offer hourly home tuition service to the child if the professionals are too busy with work. 

j. Other ad hoc personal services {eg. personal wellness, Spa, massage, airport transfer (for overseas guests visiting Singapore), accompany for shopping trips and dinner appointments etc.} 

Busy professionals usually do not have time to go to the Spa to pamper their body.  They can order a personal service from us and they will enjoy the personal wellness service, facial and body massage services at their door step without taking the precious time to go to the Spa. 

Some busy professionals have no time to date and at times they want to have a dinner appointment with someone.  Sometimes they need someone to keep them company for shopping or other occasions such as company's annual dinner.  We provide these services to the busy professionals.  We also lend a ear to the busy professionals if they need someone to confide in.  It is human's nature to confide.  Some people are more comfortable confiding in someone other than their families or circle of friends.  We are always there for the lonely hearts.   

Arranging for airport transfers for the busy professionals' overseas visitors or friends and making them feel at home is always our pleasure as a concierge service provider. 

k.  Management and tax consulting, book-keeping and other administrative services

Some busy professionals may need consultations in various areas such as management of business, personal/corporate finance and tax matters.  We have the expertise in reviewing the business and management processes and make appropriate recommendations on these areas.  We assist the busy professionals in lodging the tax returns and answering queries from the Inland Revenue Authority.  We also provide book-keeping services to busy professionals and handle their administrative matters on an ad hoc, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.
